Optimus Healthcare is looking for a Family Medicine or internal Medicine Physician to join our team- based model of care. Competitive compensation and sign-on/retention bonus up to $25,000.

• Work in a multispecialty federally qualified healthcare clinic providing care to an existing patient base.
• 100% outpatient setting
• Family friendly schedule, Monday to Friday working week with the option of part-time or flexible hours.

EDUCATION: Medical Degree from an accredited Medical School. Documented completion of a Residency from an accredited institution specializing in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. Board Certified or Board Eligible to sit for Boards.

LICENSURE / CERTIFICATION: Valid License to Practice as an Internist in the State of CT, Current D.E.A. and State Controlled Substance Certificate, CPR certification required upon hire and recertification bi-annually
