Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO)Aunt Martha's Health & WellnessDanville, IL Salary range - $190,000 - $210,000Position SummaryAunt Martha's Health & Wellness is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join our team at our South Holland clinic. This full-time opportunity provides comprehensive, patient-centered primary care services to patients across the lifespan while supporting quality clinical operations and collaborative care delivery.
This position is J-1 visa eligible.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive family medicine and primary care services for infants, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients in accordance with current standards of care
- Practice within evidence-based clinical guidelines and organizational policies
- Obtain and document complete patient medical histories and physical examinations
- Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests and procedures
- Diagnose illnesses and prescribe medications and treatments as appropriate
- Administer immunizations and provide follow-up care
- Educate patients and families on disease prevention, wellness, and health maintenance
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records, clinical reports, and correspondence within the EMR
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and interdisciplinary care collaboration
- Work closely with clinical leadership, support staff, and care teams to ensure efficient clinic operations
- Complete all required organizational training and compliance requirements
- Perform additional duties as assigned
QualificationsEducation & Training- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical school
- Successful completion of an accredited Family Medicine Residency Program
Licensure & Certifications- Current and unrestricted Illinois medical license (or ability to obtain)
- Current and unrestricted DEA license
- Current CPR/BLS certification preferred
- Valid driver's license
Experience & Skills- Commitment to providing compassionate, culturally responsive patient care
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
- Experience working in community health or underserved populations preferred
