Paralegal II -5 years in other law or 3 years with Family Law Experience. (3 years+ experience)

Are you a highly organized Litigation Paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being part of a collaborative legal team focused on client experience?

Triangle Divorce Lawyers is seeking a Paralegal II with family law experience to join our Raleigh office. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys litigation support, managing complex case details, and working closely with attorneys and team members to help clients navigate difficult transitions with professionalism, empathy, and care.

We are looking for a team member who values communication, accountability, mentorship, and continuous learning while contributing to a positive and collaborative workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support attorneys through all phases of litigation, including hearings, mediations, trials, and case preparation
  • Manage litigation deadlines, court calendars, scheduling, and case organization
  • Prepare hearing notebooks, exhibits, trial binders, and supporting documentation
  • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and third parties in a professional and timely manner
  • Assist with discovery management, document collection, and file organization
  • Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to help cases progress efficiently and effectively
  • Maintain accurate billing entries and case management documentation
