The Facility Project Manager will provide oversight of Stationary Engineers at CMI's 24/7 customer site in Gaithersburg, MD. Key Job Functions • Responsible for meeting the cost, performance, and schedule requirements throughout the contract execution and managing service requests and emergencies • Ensure that Stationary Engineer roles are staffed at all times for all shifts • Communicate effectively with the customer on project and staffing status • Responsible for inspecting preventive maintenance procedures, identifying inadequate performance, and training or re-training personnel on proper procedures, and ensuring that the education and training manual is updated monthly • Oversee the operations, staffing and performance, ensuring facility services are delivered that meet or exceed customer guidelines in a high quality, cost effective and timely manner • Measure and evaluate productivity and quality, set standards, measure performance, and develop programs for improvement • Ensure any required corrective action complies with contract performance Qualifications • High school diploma; BA degree preferred • At least 5 years of experience managing service or construction projects of similar size, scope, and complexity as a project manager or superintendent. • Must have experience managing mission critical (24/7) government operations • Strong verbal and written communication skills with exceptional customer service skills • Ability to speak, read, and comprehend English to effectively perform these job functions and comply with installation emergency procedures Additional Information COMPETENCIES FOR SUCCESS • Teamwork • Results orientation/operational excellence • Holding self and other accountable • Operational business thinking
