Full Job Description
Join Sodexo as a 2nd Shift Plant Maintenance Technician supporting a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Rahway, NJ. Maintain and troubleshoot specialized automated production equipment to ensure safe, reliable operations.

Perform preventive maintenance, calibration, and complex repairs while supporting equipment upgrades, CMMS documentation, and plant projects. Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and maximize equipment performance.

In this role, you'll lead day-to-day operations for facilities and engineering services, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality maintenance and support across the site. You'll manage vendor relationships, oversee frontline teams, and drive compliance, training, and performance that align with client expectations and operational goals.

The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.

Pay Range: $77605 - $100430
