Fabrication Designer 3

Job Description Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled, forward-thinking Fabrication Designer 3 to join our growing manufacturing team. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in the design, development, and optimization of prefabricated electrical systems that enhance installation efficiency and reduce labor time in the field. This is more than a drafting role-it's a hands-on, solution-oriented position that requires critical thinking, cross-functional leadership, and a strong understanding of both design intent and constructability.

The ideal candidate will bring a high degree of technical knowledge, initiative, and precision, while also demonstrating the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across design, manufacturing, and field operations. You'll be empowered to lead design solutions from concept through completion and help shape the future of our prefabrication strategy.
