A Day in the Life:
This role will be responsible for developing exterior vehicle components based on materials such as plastics, rubber, adhesive, paint, sealants, steel, and aluminum. The role will require coordination with Suppliers, manufacturing plants, design engineers, and Purchasing to achieve company KPI’s (Quality, Cost, Schedule). In addition, the role
will be responsible for generating, developing, and implementing novel ideas that contribute to vehicle quality improvement, cost reduction, or weight reduction.

Who We’re Looking for:
Required:
· Education requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required
· Minimum of 3 or more years of directly related professional-level Engineering experience
· Ability to perform work onsite at NTCNA Farmington Hills, MI
· Valid driver's license
· Travel requirements: up to 25%
Desired:
· Exterior trim engineering experience preferre
· Ability to work overtime may be required
