We are seeking a dedicated Advance Practice Provider for an exciting opportunity at our Express Care Clinic in the Columbia, MO area. This role allows you to work independently while being supported by the University of Missouri Health Care (UMHC) Department of Family & Community Medicine.
Position Highlights:
- Work Environment: Staff a busy acute care clinic located within a family medicine clinic.
- Patient Care: Conduct physical assessments, perform and interpret diagnostic tests, treat common conditions, and prescribe medications for patients aged 24 months and older.
- Technology: Benefit from fully integrated medical records and paperless e-prescribing systems.
Clinic Hours:
- Monday - Friday: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Weekends & Most Holidays: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
ShiftMonday - Friday: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Weekends & Most Holidays: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (closed Thanksgiving and Christmas)
Minimum QualificationsPhysicians Assistant (PA) licensure by the Missouri State Board of Registration for the Healing Arts.
Anticipated Hiring RangeSalary Range: $105,000 - $120,000 annually
