Experienced Investments Analyst

Overview
We are looking for an experienced Analyst to support the Investments team across all aspects of multifamily, industrial, and development acquisitions and asset management, overseeing the investment life cycle from acquisition to disposition. This position requires a strong ability to multitask and manage several projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Essential Functions
- Underwrite potential acquisitions by analyzing historical financial statements and performing market research and analysis
- Coordinate due diligence and closing processes
- Create and prepare financial models and presentation materials for new and existing assets
- Work in tandem with property management and operations teams to transition properties before closing
- Conduct ad-hoc market research and reporting for potential new market acquisitions
- Monitor and coordinate the execution of property business plans to optimize asset performance
- Coordinate lender communication through the collection and distribution of monthly draw packages
- Procure lien waivers and check copies from vendors and subcontractors for draw package submission
- Assist Asset Managers with underwriting, rent roll analysis, trend analysis, and ad-hoc reporting
- Produce weekly financial and leasing analysis reports
- Compile market surveys and submarket reports as needed
- Collect and distribute monthly and quarterly financial packages to lenders and equity partners
- Maintain and update the portfolio construction budget tracker
- Review general ledgers and code invoices to respective accounts
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, finance, economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- High proficiency in financial modeling
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, primarily Excel
- 1+ years relevant experience in commercial real estate preferred
- Team-oriented and deadline-driven, with strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Communicates clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders under deadline pressure
Physical Demands and Work Environment
This role operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment. The position requires the ability to remain stationary for extended periods, operate a computer, and communicate by phone, video, and in person.
