Qualifications
• At least 6 years of family law experience and an NC Law License.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, especially in highly stressful and emotional situations.
• 4-year degree with a legal background and a J.D. degree are necessary for this position.
• Experience with billing and keeping track of billable time on cases.
• Great negotiation and communication skills, particularly in stressful and emotional situations.
• Team-oriented, flexible, organized, and willing to work across office locations when needed is a plus.
• Self-starter who will take the proactive initiative to complete priorities on a daily basis.
• Ability to creatively problem-solve and come up with workable solutions; figure things out on your own.
• Must be willing to travel locally around Charlotte for mediations, depositions, and court.
