What You'll Do:As a
Lincoln Service Technician, you'll be at the heart of our service team, ensuring our customers' vehicles perform their best. Your responsibilities include:
- Performing efficient, high-quality repairs following dealership specifications.
- Using advanced diagnostic tools to test-drive vehicles and troubleshoot systems like engines, transmissions, brakes, and air conditioning.
- Communicating directly with Service Advisors about additional service needs and repair timelines.
- Executing warranty repairs in line with manufacturer standards.
What You Bring to the Table:We're looking for skilled, motivated individuals who are ready to grow with us. Ideal candidates will have:
- Knowledge of Ford or Lincoln vehicles (domestic line experience preferred).
- ASE certifications (a plus!).
- A strong automotive background and a passion for teamwork.
- A clean and valid driver's license.
- Willingness to undergo a drug screen and background check.
