As a
VW Certified Technician, you will use your expertise to maintain and repair Volkswagen vehicles while providing exceptional service to our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities:Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on
Volkswagen vehicles in accordance with manufacturer specifications and service standards.
- Complete Volkswagen-specific repairs such as engine, transmission, and electrical systems, as well as suspension, brakes, and exhaust systems.
- Stay up-to-date with VW service bulletins, technical updates, and recalls.
- Perform factory-recommended maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and more.
- Utilize state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment and tools to accurately assess and resolve vehicle issues.
- Provide clear and professional communication to customers regarding vehicle condition and repair needs.
- Ensure that all work is completed in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
- Maintain accurate service records, parts usage, and time spent on each repair.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure a seamless customer experience and a well-maintained work environment.
Qualifications:- German vehicle experience preferred (VW Master Technician status is desired).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working as an Automotive Technician, with a focus on German vehicles.
- Expertise in using VW-specific diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Ability to work on a wide range of Volkswagen models.
- Strong knowledge of Volkswagen systems (engine, transmission, electrical, etc.).
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, with a commitment to providing high-quality work.
- Communication skills to interact with customers and the team.
- ASE certifications are a plus.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
