- Building detailed financial models and valuations
- Conducting industry and company research
- Preparing strategic analyses, recommendations, and presentations
- Supporting client engagements, due diligence, and execution
- Collaborating closely with senior bankers to manage deal processes
- Mentoring and training new analysts and interns

General Qualifications- 1-2 years of full-time investment banking experience, preferably in M&A or sell-side advisory.

- Proven ability to lead and manage projects effectively.
- Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and technical skills.
- High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
