OverviewIn this role, you will own the full lifecycle of the Center's performane driving traffic, supporting sales, managing operations, and delivering unforgettable customer interactions. Apply your organizational and communication skills to manage multiple priorities, leverage customer insights, and create premium experiences that strengthen the Lutron brand and accelerate growth.
Responsibilities - Drive Activation & Engagement: Partner with sales teams, reps, and dealers to increase Center traffic.
- Plan Impactful Events: Execute regional events that strengthen customer relationships and brand awareness.
- Expand Market Reach: Identify and engage new customer segments to support growth.
- Deliver Exceptional Experiences: Conduct customer meetings and product demonstrations that exceed expectations.
- Showcase Technical Expertise: Tailor Lutron solutions to diverse audiences and customer needs.
- Support Training Programs: Partner with the LCI team on trainings and specification trips.
- Maintain Brand Excellence: Ensure the Experience Center reflects Lutron's world-class standards.
- Manage Operations: Coordinate budgets, facility improvements, and on-site initiatives.
- Leverage Customer Insights: Track activities in Salesforce and analyze visitor data.
- Communicate Business Results: Report actionable insights and contribute to cross-Center initiatives.
- Achieve Performance Goals: Manage multiple priorities and drive measurable business results.
Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree required with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in lighting control, architectural design, lighting design, interior design, or a related industry.
- Previous experience in customer engagement, sales support, hospitality, retail, or experience center operations preferred.
- Experience using CRM platforms, including Salesforce, preferred.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.

Starting pay: $85,000 to $120,000 per year; Lutron's employee benefits include 401k match, health, dental, and life insurance, paid vacation (amount based on tenure with the company), flexible spending accounts, and tuition reimbursement programs.
