Overview

Are you passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth? Lutron is seeking a dynamic Experience Center Supervisor to lead our Experience Center operations in our Chicago, IL location. In this role, you will own the full lifecycle of the center's performance; this includes driving traffic, supporting sales, managing operations, and delivering unforgettable customer interactions. Apply your organizational and communication skills to manage multiple priorities, leverage customer insights, and create premium experiences that strengthen the Lutron brand and accelerate growth.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Activation & Engagement: Partner with sales teams, reps, and dealers to increase Center traffic.
  • Plan Impactful Events: Execute regional events that strengthen customer relationships and brand awareness.
  • Expand Market Reach: Identify and engage new customer segments to support growth.
  • Deliver Exceptional Experiences: Conduct customer meetings and product demonstrations that exceed expectations.
  • Showcase Technical Expertise: Tailor Lutron solutions to diverse audiences and customer needs.
  • Support Training Programs: Partner with the LCI team on trainings and specification trips.
  • Maintain Brand Excellence: Ensure the Experience Center reflects Lutron's world-class standards.
  • Manage Operations: Coordinate budgets, facility improvements, and on-site initiatives.
  • Leverage Customer Insights: Track activities in Salesforce and analyze visitor data.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • If less than 10 years of work experience, minimum cumulative 3.00 GPA required
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in lighting control, architectural design, lighting design, interior design, or a related industry required
  • Previous experience in customer engagement, sales support, hospitality, retail, or experience center operations preferred.
  • Experience using CRM platforms, including Salesforce, preferred.
  • You are authorized to work in the U.S. and will not require Lutron to sponsor you for any work visa, such as an H-1B, either immediately or at any time in the future. Lutron does not offer work visa sponsorship for this position.

Starting pay: $85,000.00/yr to $120,000.00/yr; Lutron's employee benefits include 401k match, health, dental, and life insurance, paid vacation (amount based on tenure with the company), flexible spending accounts, and tuition reimbursement programs.
