About the Role:

The Executive Vice President of Operations in the Health Care and Social Assistance industry is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing and optimizing all operational aspects of the organization across the United States. This role ensures that healthcare delivery and social assistance services are executed efficiently, meeting regulatory standards and organizational goals. The EVP of Operations collaborates closely with other executive leaders to develop strategic initiatives that enhance patient care quality, operational efficiency, and financial performance. They lead large, multidisciplinary teams and manage complex projects to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the organization. Minimum Qualifications:
