We are looking for an Executive/Team Assistant to: • support team administration, including access rights, onboarding, travel booking, processing invoices, etc. • organize and coordinate virtual and in person meetings • manage schedules and calendars across time zones • assist with communications and staff engagement activities • help prepare meeting materials and briefing packages
The team
You'll work as part of the Group Legal team in Chicago, supporting the Head of Legal AM Americas and other asset management lawyers in the Americas region. You will also work with Group Legal and business colleagues in other divisions and regions.
Your skills and experience • strong written and verbal communicator • organized and able to discern what is truly important from what isn't • proficient with technology and willing to embrace available AI tools • able to adjust when timelines or circumstances change • collaborative and able to work across all levels of a large organization • capable of managing multiple tasks/projects while maintaining attention to detail

Salary information
The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role: • United States - Illinois - Chicago min USD 86000 - max USD 105000 /annum
The expected salary for this role will be determined by relevant factors which may include but are not limited to, role-required experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
