This position is contingent upon contract award. Responsibilities- Serves as the Contractor's executive leadership and is the authorized interface with the Contracting Officer (CO), the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), government management personnel and customer agency representatives.
- Oversees the entire program for HQ Services.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to align the program's objectives with the customer's mission and goals.
- Provide leadership to program staff and manage day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualification & Skills- Minimum 8 specific years' experience as a Program Manager with a focus on risk management, innovation and quality management systems.
- Masters Degree in related field or 12 years experience.
- PMP certification is required.
Required Clearances and Screenings- Active Secret clearance is required
- MUST be able to successfully pass a drug screen and background check
