Reports To: Board of Managers
What You'll Do- Set the strategic direction in partnership with the Board and physician owners.
- Drive operational excellence, financial performance, and cost-effective growth.
- Lead quality, safety, and compliance initiatives that maintain our exemplary record.
- Strengthen relationships with surgeons, physicians, staff, vendors, and key partners.
- Identify market trends and opportunities to enhance service offerings.
What You Bring- Bachelor's degree required; Master's in Healthcare or Business Administration preferred.
- 5+ years of senior leadership in an ASC, hospital outpatient, or surgical services environment.
- Experience in orthopedic, spine, and/or pain management preferred.
- Proven success managing high-volume operations with strong financial results.
- A collaborative, engaging leadership style that motivates teams and builds trust.
