  • Evaluate key drug and market trends to inform strategic planning and forecast accuracy.

2. Enterprise Assumptions Governance & Standardization
  • Establish and govern enterprise-wide financial assumptions and forecasting methodologies.
  • Maintain a centralized assumptions framework that drives consistency, transparency, and decision-making.
  • Align cross-functional stakeholders on critical drivers impacting pricing, profitability, and growth.
  • Strengthen governance and controls to improve forecast accuracy and financial performance.

3. Drug Profitability Analytics & Reporting
  • Lead enterprise drug profitability analytics and reporting strategy.
  • Develop actionable insights into key profitability drivers, market dynamics, and financial performance.
  • Deliver scenario modeling and executive decision support for strategic initiatives and investments.

4. Multi-Year Refresh (MYR) & Trade Capacity Model

  • Direct financial modeling and planning inputs supporting enterprise budget and multi-year forecasting processes.

5. Process Improvement, Innovation & Technology
  • Lead finance transformation initiatives that enhance forecasting, reporting, and operational effectiveness.
  • Advance analytics, automation, AI, and technology solutions to improve decision-making and productivity.
  • Oversee investment governance and portfolio prioritization to maximize business value and financial returns.
  • Drive organizational change management and adoption of new operating models and technologies.

6. Leadership, Talent Development & Stakeholder Management
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team focused on strategic finance, analytics, and business performance.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner across Finance, Trade, Underwriting, and Operations to align strategy and business objectives.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on profitability, growth, and enterprise financial strategy.

  • Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and multi-year financial modeling within a large, matrixed organization, with strong command of scenario analysis and sensitivity modeling
  • Proven ability to translate complex financial, regulatory, and competitive data into clear, compelling executive communications and decision-ready narratives
