What You'll Own- Full operational leadership of the community
- Occupancy growth and census management
- Revenue, budget, and expense performance
- Resident and family satisfaction
- Team leadership, hiring, coaching, and accountability
- Regulatory compliance and survey readiness
- Sales support and move-in conversion partnership
- Community reputation and local relationship development
- Oversight of all department leaders and daily operations
What We're Looking For- Previous experience as an Executive Director in Assisted Living or Senior Living
- Proven success in:
- Occupancy growth
- Financial management
- Team leadership
- Operational performance
- Strong communication and leadership presence
- Ability to lead with urgency, accountability, and compassion
- Experience driving both culture and business performance simultaneously
- Experience with community lease-up, stabilization, or turnaround efforts preferred
