ABOUT THE ROLE

As Executive Director, you will serve as the senior leader responsible for the overall operations, financial performance, resident experience, regulatory compliance, and team member engagement of a large, multi-level senior living community. This role is ideal for an RCFE-licensed Executive Director, Assisted Living Administrator, Senior Living Administrator, or an accomplished General Manager from a luxury hotel, resort, country club, or hospitality environment who brings strong executive presence, business acumen, and a passion for service excellence.

Supported by experienced Regional and Corporate partners, you will lead a sophisticated operation with responsibility for budgeting, occupancy, revenue performance, talent development, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. We are seeking a highly visible, relationship-focused leader with exceptional communication skills, strong financial and operational acumen, and a proven ability to inspire high-performing teams while delivering an outstanding resident and guest experience.

YOUR TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide strategic and operational leadership for a premier Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care community, ensuring exceptional resident experiences and outstanding business results.
  • Lead all aspects of community performance, including occupancy, revenue growth, financial management, budgeting, regulatory compliance, resident satisfaction, and operational excellence.
  • Recruit, develop, and inspire high-performing department leaders and teams while fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, hospitality, and service excellence.
  • Serve as the visible leader of the community, building strong relationships with residents, families, team members, healthcare partners, and community stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable state licensing requirements, RCFE regulations, company standards, and quality assurance initiatives.
  • Drive employee engagement, retention, succession planning, and leadership development across all departments
  • Partner with the sales and marketing team to support occupancy goals, participate in prospect and family interactions, and represent Belmont Village within the local market.
  • Oversee the delivery of high-quality resident care, wellness services, dining, hospitality, and life enrichment programs that support resident wellbeing and quality of life.
  • Analyze operational, financial, and workforce metrics to identify opportunities, solve challenges, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Provide on-call leadership and oversight for a 24-hour operation, ensuring a safe, responsive, and resident-centered environment.
    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Active RCFE or Healthcare Administrator license in accordance with state regulatory requirements
  • Knowledge of federal, state and local regulatory requirements as they relate to licensed Assisted Living and Memory Care communities and the ability to lead and operate within these guidelines
  • Proven success managing a senior living community budget including labor, expenses and capital expenditures
  • Minimum three years of comparable Executive Director level management experience in luxury healthcare or hospitality
  • Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as the business need requires
  • Consistent and reliable attendance is essential for all Belmont Village employees to ensure the successful operation of the community
