ResponsibilitiesJob Summary: Connects business needs to learning solutions. Leads executive leadership development initiatives for director, executive, and leadership pipeline audiences. Designs learning journeys and programs based on analysis, strategy, and performance gaps. Designs and delivers executive learning experiences that strengthen leadership capability, accelerate readiness, and support succession outcomes.Key Responsibilities & Essential Functions:
- Serve as an enterprise-wide expert in learning needs analysis and performance consulting for director and executive audiences.
- Lead the design, delivery, and continuous evolution of Executive Development programs and experiences, including ALP, ALC, MA, and other leadership pipeline initiatives.
- Shape executive learning strategies by identifying future leadership capability needs, readiness risks, and succession-related development opportunities.
- Partner with HR, Talent Management, and senior leaders to strengthen leadership capability development and executive readiness.
- Evaluate and manage external learning partnerships, including executive education providers, universities, assessments, coaches, and leadership development vendors.
- Pilot innovative leadership development solutions, including AI-enabled learning, executive education experiences, and emerging leadership practices.
- Measure leadership capability growth, readiness indicators, and portfolio impact to inform future investment decisions.

- Coaches, directs, oversees, and/or reviews the work of lower-level professionals.
- Strategic advisor to senior leadership, consulting on solutions and strategic implementation of new initiatives with far-reaching impacts. Creates formal networks across the organization.
Preferred Experience / Expertise:
- Executive Leadership Development, Executive Education, Leadership Readiness & Succession Development, Learning Portfolio Management, Learning Technologies & AI-Enabled Learning
- Experience supporting Director, VP, Officer, or executive populations
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:Education: Bachelor’s Degree or additional role-relevant experience - Required
Physical Demands & Working Conditions:
- Function in a fast-paced, office environment
- Travel by car or plane with overnight stays
- Work extended hours; sit for extended periods.
- Occasionally lift 20 lbs or more
