This is a role for someone who has lived the realities of leading within an IT managed service provider and now wants to use that experience to help others succeed.

As an Executive Coach, you'll build trusted one-to-one relationships with a portfolio of partners, challenging their thinking, creating accountability, and helping turn business goals into meaningful progress.

You'll have the autonomy to bring your experience and judgment to every coaching relationship while growing alongside new technology, AI-enabled tools, and the evolving Pax8 marketplace. Your success will be visible in the confidence, capability, and outcomes of the leaders you coach.

• Turn strategy into action by helping clients identify priorities, challenge assumptions, navigate obstacles, and translate ambitious plans into achievable outcomes.
• Bring real-world managed services insight into one-to-one conversations, connecting business principles with the practical realities leaders face every day.
• Build capability, not dependency, teaching clients approaches they can confidently apply long after a coaching conversation ends.
• Share what works by identifying themes and insights that can become valuable partner-facing thought leadership alongside the Pax8 Academy Content team.
• Deepen your coaching craft, developing your knowledge of the Entrepreneurial Operating System and other effective business coaching practices.
• Capture progress with purpose, maintaining clear, accurate, and timely records of coaching activity, outcomes, and time.

• Represent Pax8 in the community, connecting with partners and the wider industry through relevant events.

You'll help business leaders move from knowing what needs to change to actually making it happen.

By combining commercial experience, thoughtful challenge, structured accountability, and genuine curiosity, you'll help partners strengthen how they lead and operate their businesses. At the same time, the patterns and insights you uncover can help Pax8 Academy deliver increasingly relevant learning experiences across its partner community.

🎯 You'll be a great fit if you bring

• A commitment to continuous learning and developing your own professional practice.
• A genuine desire to develop others while respecting that every leader and business starts from a different place.
• Willingness to attend relevant industry events.
• A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
