Executive Benefits Analyst

Do you love client interaction? Do you excel at making complex issues easy to understand?

Join the Aon Executive benefits team and develop meaningful relationships with clients and plan participants through administration of their supplemental benefit program.

This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Atlanta, GA offices.

What the day will look like

Provide exemplary service to Aon clients by consulting on plan design and managing administration services.
  • Managing annual plan enrollments, including email campaigns
  • Providing accurate deliverables in a timely manner
  • Communicating benefits to plan participants and providing participant-level services
  • Build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Identify and implement ideas for improvement across the line of business and the department

Skills and experience that will lead to success
  • 2 to 5 years of corporate experience, preferably in the Financial Services or Benefits Industry
  • Working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word, with the ability to learn intermediate concepts in a short time frame
  • Analytical and creative problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage projects through completion
  • Ability to communicate complex information effectively in person and in writing
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task, to react rapidly and concisely to changing priorities

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent years of industry experience.

Pay Transparency

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $75,000 - $90,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.

This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
