Full Job Description
How you'll make an impact:

Cin7 is looking for an Executive Assistant/Office Manager to provide dedicated support to our CEO and lead the day-to-day people and facilities experience out of our Denver office. This is a hybrid, "people in places" role: you'll be a trusted partner to executive leadership while also serving as the on-the-ground presence who keeps our physical workspace running well and makes sure the people in it feel supported.

This role sits within our People & Culture team, with regular collaboration with senior leadership on scheduling and coordination needs.

Location: Denver, CO

Schedule: Hybrid - minimum one day per week in the Denver office, with additional in-office days as needed based on business and leadership needs.

What you'll do:

Executive & Administrative Support
  • Own the CEO's calendar, both internal and external, including management of their meeting cadence and scheduling priorities.
  • Manage and facilitate organization-wide communications from the CEO, including coordination of Board and Leadership meetings and materials.
  • Coordinate Executive and Senior Leadership meetings, including our Global All Hands, across geographies and time zones.
  • Facilitate travel arrangements and planning for the CEO, including assistance with the expense reimbursement process.
  • Help coordinate logistics for meetings and events involving senior leadership, including room booking, materials prep, and catering.

Workplace & Facilities
  • Own the day-to-day operation of the Denver office: maintenance requests, shared space management, security/access, and vendor relationships (cleaning, supplies, amenities, repairs).
  • Act as the primary point of contact for building management and office-related vendors, including negotiating and tracking service agreements.
  • Manage office supply and equipment ordering, budget tracking, and inventory.
  • Plan for space needs as our team grows, including onboarding logistics for new hires (desk setup, equipment, access).
  • Support health, safety, and compliance standards for the physical workspace.

People & Culture Support
  • Partner with the People & Culture team to plan and run in-office culture moments: team events, social gatherings, and recognition activities for the Denver-based team.
  • Help coordinate logistics for company-wide moments that touch the Denver office, such as year-end celebrations.
  • Serve as a local point of contact for new hires and visiting colleagues, helping them feel oriented and supported.
  • Support onboarding logistics in partnership with People Ops.

What you'll bring:

  • 3+ years of EA/PA experience supporting a senior executive (CEO, C-suite, or equivalent), ideally paired with office management or workplace operations experience.
  • Excellent judgment and discretion when handling confidential and sensitive information.
  • Demonstrated excellence in verbal and written communication, with the ability to serve as a trusted proxy for the Executive Team.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, managing multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience managing multiple time zones for a global organization is a plus.
  • Comfortable managing vendor relationships, service agreements, and budgets.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom.
  • A people-first, "no task too small" mindset - you're energized by supporting both leadership and the broader team.
  • Previous experience with software or technology businesses is a bonus.

In return, we offer:

  • Competitive benefits include medical, dental, vision, and a 401k company match program.
  • A flexible PTO policy, allowing you the time you need to recharge.
  • A diverse team, where everyone helps each other and inclusion is a core value.
  • Remote work flexibility allows you to maintain a work-life balance in a way that suits your needs.
  • Frequent company-sponsored events so you can get to know your coworkers.
