Primary Responsibilities

In this role, you will help support and improve SAP S/4HANA and Embedded EWM processes that keep our warehouse and manufacturing operations running smoothly. You will partner closely with Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, ERP, and site teams to troubleshoot system issues, maintain accurate warehouse master data, improve material flow, and support inventory accuracy. This position also offers the opportunity to play an important role in SAP go-live readiness, testing, training, and ongoing support for users across multiple warehouse sites. Primary responsibilities will include:

  • Provide Tier 1 & Tier 2 SAP support for all EWM processes: receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, goods movements, internal transfers, RF device operations, and bar code scanning
  • Troubleshoot and resolve EWM incidents
  • Monitor the Warehouse Management Monitor for exceptions, aging deliveries, and bottlenecks
  • Manage case creation, ticket triage, and escalation to the central ERP team, AMS [NTT Data], and solution architects via ADO
  • Lead the PFEP initiative, ensuring the correct information is gathered for SAP data maintenance
  • Work with ME & Operations to redesign line-side material presentation for all product families, translating physical layout changes into SAP/EWM master data configurations
  • Ensure all warehouse master data is created and maintained accurately to reflect the evolving physical layout
  • Support to achieve >95% inventory accuracy

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years in warehouse operations, inventory management, or material flow in a discrete manufacturing environment
  • 3+ years hand-on with SAP S/4Hana MM and/or Embedded EWM [configuration, troubleshooting, user support]
  • Deep knowledge of EWM master data
  • Demonstrated ability to train and enable end users across multiple warehouse sites
  • Strong trouble shooting and root cause analysis skills in an SAP production environment


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with mixed model and batch manufacturing material flow
  • Familiarity with EWM integration to PP/DS, PM, QM, SD & MES
  • Experience with cross-plant replenishment and stock transport processes
  • Experience supporting SAP go-live cutover, hyper care, and post-go-live stabilization
  • SAP EWM certification or equivalent training
