Full Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to focus on our InvoiceSimple Product.
Every great customer experience sits on a foundation customers never see. Our Platform squad builds that foundation, so every team at Invoice Simple can move faster.
As Senior Product Manager for our new Platform squad, you'll own the shared systems behind Invoice Simple, from subscriptions and data to security and reliability, and help reinvent how we build software with AI. Your success shows up twice: a more dependable product for customers, and more capacity for every other squad to spend on what customers see.
This is a builder's role in a squad that's forming now. We want a technically fluent, AI-native product manager who treats internal teams as customers, makes the case for foundational work in business terms, and ships. You'll report to the Head of Product, Invoice Simple.
Responsibilities:
- Define the vision and roadmap for our shared systems, treating the squads, marketers and analysts who rely on them as your customers. Prioritize with the same rigor as any customer-facing team.
- Turn platform and technical-debt work into clear trade-offs leaders can decide on, sized by their impact on customers, capacity and revenue.
- Own subscription management across the App Store, Google Play and web, including plans, billing, entitlements and the tools Growth uses to test pricing. Own email deliverability so every invoice and receipt reaches the inbox.
- Own event collection, data orchestration and our customer data platform, so Data, Growth and Lifecycle Marketing work from clean, consistent, privacy-safe customer data.
- Own platform reliability and security, measured by uptime, crash rates, app speed and release health. Own versioning across iOS, Android, web and APIs, including support for older app versions. Prevent problems, not just respond to them.
- Modernize our development lifecycle: bring AI into coding, testing, code review and release, improve CI/CD and developer experience, and measure the gains in cycle time and quality.
- Define the shared capabilities AI needs, such as clean business context, secure data access and safe ways to act for customers, so every squad can build trusted AI experiences.
- Partner with your engineering lead and a squad of software, DevOps and data engineers. Coordinate with other squads and shared EverPro platform teams, prototype with AI yourself, and deliver on your commitments.
