The OpportunityOur partner is hiring an Event Marketing Manager to own the entire events motion, from quarterly strategy through flawless on-site execution. This is not a coordination role. You will design roundtables, hosted dinners, and field programs aimed at large, traditional enterprise buyers, and you will be on the ground making them memorable. You will operate as both the strategist and the executor on a lean team, where your point of view directly shapes how the brand shows up in the market.

- Demonstrated ownership of an event or program (strategy, not just execution)
- Genuine hospitality instincts and empathy for the people being hosted
- Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning outcomes
- Thrives in an unstructured, fast-moving startup environment as both strategist and hands-on executor
