Responsibilities• Communicate with clients, court personnel, and staff
• Meet with clients to design, sign and fund their estate plans
• Draft estate plans, summary, formal and ancillary probate
• Take excellent care of the clients
• Communicate with the managing attorney
• Ensure the work is completed in a timely manner
• Help create, memorialize and improve the Firm's systems, processes, policies, and procedures
• Actively engage our referral partners and grow our network of trusted advisors
• You need to be a self-starter
• Pay attention to details
Qualifications• Required: 10-15 years of experience in Estate Planning, Probate, and Trust Administration in FLORIDA
• FL Bar license required
• If you have business formation and corporate experience, your salary will be adjusted higher for it
