Escrow Product Specialist

Job Description

IDB offers Escrow Deposit programs to meet the needs of commercial customers and businesses. Our business outreach includes reaching out to 1031 Exchangers, Lease Security (Landlord/Tenant), Attorney Escrow and other Escrow type customers to grow deposits. IDB is seeking a talented candidate for a role that will own the product lifecycle of the bank's deposit escrow sub-accounting platform (Agiletics/Web Escrow). The Escrow Product Specialist professional with system knowledge must combine both product planning and marketing to our commercial business clients. The ideal candidate will help working with platforms, strategy and monitoring the overall Escrow programs, including development of product strategy, ideation, road-map creation and reinforcement of the current operational framework across the Web Platform. The Escrow Product Specialist position must contribute to complex aspects of a project including servicing and enhancing the client experience.

Key responsibilities will include:
  • Work with business teams to increase cross-sell by assessing product demand/client needs of existing clients and opportunities to increase sales through new client acquisition
  • Supports sales division to acquire new business and reach deposit goals
  • Help onboard and train new customers on Web Escrow platform
  • Coordinate responses for internal and external partners by having a strong client service mindset
  • Provide ongoing training sessions for Sales and client facing groups
  • Interface and coordinate with processing teams in operations, technology and business lines for client issues, troubleshooting of problems and identified/necessary product and process enhancements
  • Provide enhancement/remediation recommendations to mitigate future risks to products and platforms
  • Maintain organized retention of documentation
  • Contribute to product strategy and development/maintenance of a detailed roadmap
  • Help lead end-to-end product development/innovation for Web Escrow Portal and deposit program
  • Determining integration points across business lines and external partnerships to enhance platform capabilities
  • Independently structure own work tasks and work collaboratively with partners (internal and external)
  • Provide recommendations for ways to create additional value from new offerings
  • Interface as one of the primary contacts for the Bank with the Agiletics/Web Escrow vendor.
  • Prepare and present product update presentations to relevant parties, including senior management and business lines. Requires strong verbal and written communications skills.
  • Collaborate with technology partners on product development lifecycle
  • Structure and oversee quantitative analytics using data sets
  • Support other Treasury Management related products (e.g. Cash Management, cards, F/X) in an overflow/back-up capacity.
  • Ensure work aligns to the overall initiative objectives and strategic priorities


Qualifications
  • Jack Henry Agiletics / Web Escrow subject matter expertise is required
  • Salesforce and Silverlake user experience and or similar environments required
  • Ability to deliver software development/integration projects that cover front-end, backend, online and offline processes is required
  • Previous Escrow platform development, product management/development is preferred; 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Prior experience in financial services industry in the escrow and/or servicing commercial real estate business lines is preferred;
  • Diverse problem-solving experience, such as experience with strategy groups/consulting or related functions a plus
  • Experience working in product development and management environments a plus
  • A track record demonstrating a high level of personal initiative, strong work ethic, proactively setting and achieving challenging goals, ability to work independently, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and demonstrating entrepreneurial leadership
  • Must have excellent and efficient skills using MS Excel and PowerPoint tools
  • Bachelors degree required with strong academic background or Masters in data science and development helpful
  • Treasury Management Services knowledge in other products is preferred as the role will help support the sales and servicing efforts in other Treasury Management Services areas in an overflow/backup capacity.

CompensationThe expected annual salary for this position is between $150,000 and $175,000 at the start of employment. A salary offer is determined on an individualized basis, taking into consideration factors such as an individual's skills and experience. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package also includes eligibility for an annual bonus, medical, pharmacy, dental, and vision plans, life and disability insurance, employee wellness program, retirement and savings plans with employer contributions, generous holiday and paid time off schedules, parental leave, and tuition reimbursement.
