Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into detailed technical design specifications for ERP system enhancements, demonstrating advanced knowledge of enterprise business processes. Customize and extend ERP functionality by developing forms, IDOs (Intelligent Data Objects), event handlers, and business logic using specialized ERP development frameworks. Develop and maintain integrations between SyteLine ERP and external or third-party applications using APIs, web services, and middleware, requiring advanced understanding of system interoperability. Write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, triggers, and reports using Microsoft SQL Server, ensuring data integrity and high-performance operations. Create and execute detailed unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate ERP enhancements and ensure system reliability, requiring analytical and problem-solving skills. Troubleshoot, debug, and perform root cause analysis on complex ERP system issues, applying advanced technical knowledge to implement corrective solutions. Conduct regression testing and performance tuning to ensure application stability and optimal ERP system performance after upgrades or deployments. Assist in ERP implementation projects, including module configuration, complex data validation, testing cycles, and technical go-live support, requiring in-depth understanding of ERP architecture and business workflows. Manage user roles, security permissions, and role-based access controls within the ERP system, ensuring compliance with enterprise IT governance standards.
