Join our high-performing team as an ERP Business Process Analyst - Customer Experience on our exciting journey to transform our ERP foundation through implementing a modern, best-in-class ERP Solution across a complex, high-growth manufacturing and distribution business.
This role will serve as a process analyst for customer-facing Quote-to-Cash capabilities, with emphasis on pricing, quotations, order capture, order orchestration, and customer service. You will partner with Business and Digital teams to translate strategy and operational needs into scalable process and technology solutions, leveraging modern out-of-the-box ERP capabilities, including AI-enabled functionality and analytics, while ensuring integration with supporting platforms such as, CPQ, eCommerce, and other customer facing systems.
Ideal candidates will have a broad exposure across multiple supply chain processes with in-depth expertise and functional experience in the following:
- Pricing and Quotations
- Order Management
- Related Customer Service and/or Customer Program Management processes
- Integrations with related and supporting platforms
WHAT YOU WILL EXPEREINCE IN THIS POSITION:- Lead ERP transformation by aligning business requirements to modern solution capabilities, coordinating cross-functional process development and decision-making.
- Partner with key stakeholders, subject matter experts, and business leaders to gather requirements, facilitate workshops, define current- and future-state processes, business requirements, and user stories.
- Collaborate with Digital and Business teams to define future-state processes and deliver scalable technology solutions that improve customer experience, support business priorities, and align with modern ERP capabilities.
- Support ERP configuration, integration design, testing, and deployment readiness in a modern Cloud based ERP environment.
- Translate business information needs into reporting, dashboards, and analytics solutions that improve visibility, support decision-making, and monitor process performance.
- Facilitate functional sub-teams as part of an overall enterprise transformation program using Agile, Lean, and structured project delivery practices to achieve timely, high-quality outcomes.
YOU HAVE:- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Information Systems or related field, and ideally 4 + years of professional experience working with and/or supporting ERP and connected digital platforms in customer facing areas.
- Strong, effective written and verbal communication skills; ability to simplify complex concepts and build alignment with business and digital teams across multiple functions and organizational levels
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud applications strongly preferred, including familiarity with integrated supply chain process design, system capabilities, testing, and deployment.
- Demonstrated problem-solving, analytical, and process improvement skills, with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to manage ambiguity, drive accountability, and deliver measurable business value.
- Experience in process mapping, requirements definition, change management, and cross-functional project execution.

Pay TransparencynVent's pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee's work location. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply.
Compensation Range:$89,300.00 - $165,800.00
Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual incentives.
