PRACTICE HIGHLIGHTSYou would be joining a collaborative team of doctors: 9 doctors total, one owner.
- Over 3-4 support staff per doctor for GP, two - three per ER
- Certifications: Fear Free for some doctors, working toward more plus practice
- Compensation : ER DVMs are paid a base per shift plus production. Production: 10%. Generally salary would be $150k - $200k.
- GP - paid $150,000-200,000 salaried or base plus production. Production 20%
- Vacation - 2 weeks
- PTO - 40 hours sick, FMLA paid through state
- Non-compete not required
ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY Appointment schedule - 20 to 40 minutes depending on doctor and case
Vacation - 2 weeks
Week-ends - varies depending on scheduling
Overnights -if ER, 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Currently we have one DVM that only works days, and the other only overnights.

Facility-always working on maintenance, exam rooms updated. Two levels. Elevator.
Equipment: state of the art. Thinking about adding CT.
