Full Job Description
RGP is seeking experienced Equity Stock Plan Administrators to support the management and compliance of complex equity programs for Bay Area clients. This consulting role will operate at the intersection of Finance, Legal, and Human Resources, ensuring accurate data integrity and regulatory adherence across RSU, ESPP, and performance award programs. Engagements are hybrid within the Bay Area, with potential for extension based on business needs.
What You Will Work On
Equity Program Administration
Process equity transactions including grants, vestings, exercises, cancellations, and terminations.
Maintain data accuracy between HR systems (e.g., Workday) and external platforms (e.g., Shareworks, Schwab, Fidelity).
Manage global ESPP cycles from enrollment through purchase and distribution.
Financial Reporting & Compliance
Partner with payroll and tax teams to ensure proper withholding and reporting for domestic and international participants.
Support SOX control documentation and audit readiness.
Provide data for SEC filings and insider trading compliance.
Employee & Executive Support
Serve as a resource for employee equity inquiries and education.
Coordinate executive transactions and blackout window enforcement.
What You Will Bring
