Trane Rental Services is seeking a driven and experienced Equipment Sourcing Coordinator to play a pivotal role in shaping our equipment strategy across key categories. In this high-impact role, you will lead complex sourcing initiatives, build and manage strategic supplier partnerships, and deliver measurable cost savings and value that directly support Trane Rental Service's operational growth and strategy objectives. You will work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure procurement processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with the company's strategy.

What you will do:

• Source and coordinate rental equipment to meet business strategy and customer needs
• Proactively identify and onboard new suppliers to diversify the supply base and reduce single-source risk
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders on market trends, supplier capabilities, and overall operational strategy
• Lead complex negotiations with suppliers to achieve optimal pricing, favorable commercial terms, and appropriate risk management
• Maintain accurate system records, approvals, and tracking
• Manage requests and related activities across internal business systems
• Support purchasing processes across teams

What you will bring:

• Experience in purchasing, buyer support, procurement, accounts payable, or operations coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple systems and databases accurately.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work with internal teams and external vendors.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with systems such as SalesForce, Oracle, Coupa, Excel is preferred.

• Experience in sourcing and coordinating industrial rental equipment preferred.
• Knowledge of industrial rental equipment, preferably comfort cooling equipment
