McKinlay & Peters Equine Hospital, located in Newman Lake, Washington, is seeking to add an associate veterinarian to our established team. We're looking for a well-rounded equine practitioner who enjoys general practice and wants the opportunity to develop their own professional interests. Whether your passion is sports medicine, reproduction, dentistry, imaging, preventative care, or something else, bring your interests-we'll help you build them into a service line of your own.
Established in 1993, McKinlay & Peters has grown from a small practice in Green Bluff into a state-of-the-art equine hospital serving the Inland Northwest. Our veterinarians, technicians, and support staff are passionate about horses and committed to providing comprehensive, high-quality care.

We're looking for someone who is resilient, adaptable, and willing to roll up their sleeves if the day gets challenging. With this position, we offer the option for a 4-day work week, a $100,000-$120,000 annual salary, based on experience, education, certifications, skills, geographic location & internal equity, and production bonus eligibility based on collections and eligibility criteria.
