We're looking for a Project Controller to join our growing team and play a key role in the successful delivery of major engineering, infrastructure, energy, and mining projects.

As a Project Controller, you will be at the center of project execution, partnering with Project Managers, engineers, finance teams, and clients to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, profitably, and with accurate forecasting and reporting.

What you'll do
  • Partner with Project Managers and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support project planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring.
  • Analyze project costs, resource utilization, schedules, and progress performance.
  • Identify risks, opportunities, and emerging trends, providing early warnings and recommendations.
  • Support change management processes and maintain accurate project data.
  • Develop meaningful dashboards, reports, and performance metrics that support decision-making.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams across engineering, procurement, construction, project controls, and finance.
  • Help leadership understand project health, risks, and forecast outcomes.
