Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in facilities management, particularly in health care settings preferred.
• Training in multiple building trades or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of environmental services administration in health care contexts.
• Technical skills in maintenance and repair of mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Ability to perform regular inspections to ensure safety and comfort.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, with strong communication skills in English.
• Ability to pass a DSHS background check.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance and housekeeping/laundry departments.
• Plan, develop, and implement departmental services.
• Evaluate and maintain service quality across departments.
• Negotiate and maintain contracts with external vendors.
• Coordinate hiring and training of environmental services staff.
• Regularly inspect all facilities to ensure compliance and safety standards.
