Sodexo is seeking a motivated Environmental Services / Custodial Operations Manager 3 to lead second-shift EVS operations at Denver Health in Denver, CO. This leader will support a safe, clean environment and enhance patient satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have healthcare EVS experience, a proven ability to drive operational excellence in logistics and patient discharge management, and strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

In this hands-on leadership role, you will oversee frontline teams to deliver exceptional environmental services that prioritize safety, compliance, and efficiency. You'll manage daily operations, guide team development, and help maintain high standards that create clean, healthy, and welcoming environments.

Accountable for managing people, setting direction and deploying resources; typically is responsible for performance evaluation, pay reviews and hire/fire decisions. Results are primarily achieved through the work of others and typically depend on the manager's ability to influence and negotiate with parts of the organization. Pay Range: $81685 - $105710
