DescriptionTerraphase is seeking a well-rounded Project Manager with experience in environmental site investigation and remediation. Hazardous building materials inspection experience is a plus. You will independently manage projects, support diverse client needs, and apply your technical expertise to solve complex environmental challenges across soil and groundwater systems.
The Role - Lead and manage due diligence, remedial investigations, feasibility studies, and remediation implementation projects.
- Lead and manage hazardous building material surveys for lead and asbestos.
- Coordinate field efforts, subcontractors, and internal technical teams.
- Ensure deliverables meet regulatory standards (RCRA, CERCLA, MTCA).
- Maintain quality communication with clients, regulators, and stakeholders.
- Oversee financial performance, budgets, and resource allocation
Who You Are - 5-10 years of environmental consulting experience.
- Washington LG (LHG a plus)
- AHERA Building Inspector-WA (Preferred)
- Lead Inspector-WA (Preferred)
- Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills
- Experienced in site characterization, environmental due-diligence and remediation
- Proven project diversity across industrial, commercial, and private development sectors
Compensation for this position is based on years of experience, technical expertise, technical education, and geographic location.
Pay Range
$90,000-$120,000 USD
