OverviewAs an Environmental Project Manager (Due Diligence and Site Investigation) with Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC), in our Indianapolis, IN office, you'll be responsible for technical work and management of real estate, manufacturing, industrial, governmental, waste management and energy clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering, Geology, or Environmental Science (Master's degree is a plus)
- 6+ years applicable experience in developing, managing, and/or performing due diligence; Phase I/II environmental assessments for real estate development; asbestos inspection experience is a plus
- Ability to speak and write professionally, including experience with the preparation of client and regulatory submittals
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects, budgeting and cost control
- Demonstrated experience supervising technical and administrative staff
- Strong team player
- Experience with characterization of soils, groundwater, and vapor at RCRA, CERCLA, and Brownfield sites, as well as developing remediation strategies
- Site investigation/remediation experience under state voluntary programs and RCRA Corrective Action
- Ability to work closely with staff and clients to provide superior outcomes for projects
