Responsibilities
About Our Team: TikTok's North America Entertainment team accelerates the growth, quality, and cultural impact of entertainment content across the platform. The team works closely with entertainment creators, public figures, film and television talent, and leading talent agencies to grow a vibrant and differentiated content ecosystem. Responsibilities - Lead and develop an Entertainment team of approximately across creator management, public figure partnerships, creator operations/programs, and talent agency partnerships. - Define and execute the strategy to grow the quantity, quality, and consistency of entertainment creator content on TikTok. - Build and deepen relationships with entertainment creators, celebrities, film/TV public figures, and key agency partners such as CAA, WME, and other industry stakeholders. - Partner cross-functionally with product, operations, data, marketing, and regional/global stakeholders to align business priorities and drive measurable outcomes. - Use data and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities, assess partnership impact, and inform strategic decisions. - Establish scalable programs and operating models that strengthen creator acquisition, activation, retention, and content output. - Serve as a people leader who can coach the team members, foster team collaboration, and maintain a high-performance culture. - Act as a credible external representative of TikTok within the entertainment ecosystem and help position the platform as a preferred destination for entertainment creators and public figures. - Provide market insights on entertainment, creator, and platform trends to inform business strategy and investment priorities.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience required - Significant leadership experience in creator partnerships, content partnerships, media partnerships, or a related function within a leading digital platform, media company, or entertainment ecosystem. - Deep understanding of the creator/content landscape, especially across entertainment, celebrities, film, television, and talent representation. - Strong track record of building and managing strategic relationships with creators, public figures, agencies, and other external partners. Preferred Qualifications: - Demonstrated success leading high-performing teams and managing through organizational complexity. - Strong analytical and product-oriented mindset, with the ability to use metrics and insights to drive business decisions and influence cross-functional partners. - Ability to balance external relationship-building with internal operational rigor and strategic execution. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing cross-functional leaders.

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $151050 - $342000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
