Compensation & Benefits

Position OverviewThe Enterprise Systems Manager is responsible for the administration, governance, adoption, training, integration, and continuous improvement of Adams' business technology ecosystem.
While
ServiceTitan serves as our primary operational platform, this role extends across Microsoft 365, AI-powered productivity tools, future ERP systems, reporting and analytics platforms, workflow automation tools, and other enterprise applications.
This position serves as a bridge between Operations, Finance, Leadership, and Technology, ensuring that systems are properly configured, employees are effectively trained, and technology investments deliver measurable business value.
The ideal candidate is equal parts systems administrator, trainer, process improvement leader, and technology strategist.
What You'll DoEnterprise Systems Administration
- Serve as primary administrator and system owner for ServiceTitan and other enterprise applications.
- Manage user permissions, security roles, configurations, workflows, and governance standards.
- Support future ERP implementations and ongoing administration efforts.
- Ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy, and system performance.
- Coordinate testing, upgrades, deployments, and system enhancements.
Training & User Adoption
- Develop and maintain onboarding, refresher, and sustainment training programs.
- Create SOPs, training guides, knowledge bases, and video learning resources.
- Drive measurable improvement in user adoption and system utilization.
- Deliver training to field personnel, office staff, managers, and leadership teams.
- Partner with department leaders to promote accountability and technology adoption.
AI & Process Innovation
- Evaluate and implement AI technologies such as Microsoft Copilot and potentially other similar platforms.
- Develop AI-assisted workflows that improve productivity, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
- Establish AI governance standards and best practices.
- Identify opportunities to streamline administrative and operational processes through automation.
Systems Integration & Business Technology
- Support integrations between ServiceTitan, Microsoft 365, ERP systems, and other enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with software vendors and implementation partners.
- Assist with reporting, dashboards, business intelligence tools, and workflow automation initiatives.
- Participate in strategic technology planning and digital transformation projects.
Governance & Continuous Improvement
- Establish and maintain enterprise system standards and processes.
- Conduct periodic system audits and process reviews.
- Maintain technology documentation and workflow diagrams.
- Recommend improvements that increase efficiency, scalability, consistency, and user adoption.
Required Qualifications- 3+ years of experience administering enterprise software platforms, ERP systems, CRM systems, business applications, or related technologies.
- Strong technology aptitude and systems-thinking mindset.
- Experience creating and delivering training programs for end users.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications- ServiceTitan experience.
- Microsoft 365 administration experience.
- ERP implementation or administration experience.
- Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, Power Platform, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and workflow automation.
- Experience utilizing AI platforms such as Microsoft Copilot or similar technologies.
- Experience supporting multi-location organizations.
