Role-Enterprise Sales Director
Location- USA (Dellas)
We are seeking an Enterprise Sales to build and maintain business relationships with our customer and competitive accounts across a large geographic territory. This field-based role requires a dynamic, results-driven professional with a strong track record in enterprise sales. The individual will be responsible for growing our customer base and increasing revenue, with approximately 40% of time spent traveling within the region to close new business opportunities.
What You'll Do
1.New Business Development: You are a tenacious hunter who thrives in prospecting and enjoys uncovering new business opportunities.
2.Consultative Sales: Utilize a customer-centric selling approach to understand the needs and goals of potential customers and align them with Intangles' AI-driven vehicle health monitoring solutions.
3.Full Sales Cycle Ownership: Drive the entire sales cycle from prospecting and lead qualification to closing deals and securing long-term customer relationships.
4.Value-based Selling: Present our innovative fleet management solutions, showcasing how Intangles' technology can transform fleet performance, reduce downtime, and provide actionable insights.
5.Collaborate with Teams: Lead a small team of SDR's and Partner with solution advisors, product teams, and fellow sales directors to strategize and close high-value deals.
6.Meet and Exceed Goals: Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while maintaining a high-performance standard.
7.Utilize CRM Tools: Track all activities, leads, and accounts through Salesforce to ensure transparent, efficient operations.
8.Industry Expertise: Maintain a thorough understanding of the fleet management, connected vehicle, and automotive industries, keeping up with trends, market changes, and competitor analysis.
What You'll Bring
1.Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
2.Sales Expertise: 10+ years of successful sales experience, ideally in SaaS, Fleet Management, predictive analytics, IoT, Telematics or Enterprise AI-driven solutions.
3.Business Development Skills: Proven track record in generating and closing new business opportunities in large enterprise accounts.
4.Communication Skills: Skilled presenter, negotiator, and communicator with the ability to deliver compelling value propositions to C-level executives.
5.Customer-Centric Mindset: Ability to understand and address the business challenges and goals of potential customers, offering customized solutions.
6.Team Player: Experience working in collaborative environments across multiple departments, ensuring the successful delivery of Intangles' innovative solutions.
7.Tech Savvy: Strong understanding of SaaS, predictive analytics, and fleet management technologies is highly preferred.
8.Driven and Self-Motivated: A proactive approach to sales, with a strong work ethic and high level of integrity.
9.Fleet/Automotive Experience: Experience in the fleet, automotive, or logistics industry is a significant advantage.
