Job Summary
Goosehead Insurance is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our team. You don't need a sales background, an existing client list, or any insurance experience to succeed here 1 drive and the ability to connect with people. In this role, you'll take pre-qualified leads, quote and close new business, and build lasting relationships with clients advising them on coverage options and tailoring insurance packages to fit their needs. We'll teach you the business.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
This is a fast-paced, inside sales role working both inbound and outbound calls with a steady stream of pre-qualified leads no cold prospecting required. You'll manage your leads and client relationships through Salesforce CRM.
A successful candidate has some background in sales, customer service, or client-facing work, and thrives in a goal-driven, competitive environment.
Role Requirements
- Property & Casualty Insurance License (Preferred), or willingness to obtain one after hire Goosehead covers the cost
- Legally authorized to work in the United States

Compensation Summary
This role has a first-year average on-target earnings range of $90,000120,000. You'll earn a base salary plus uncapped commission and bonus potential.
