The Enterprise Healthcare Project Manager is responsible for managing projects as assigned including leading and coordinating, ability to work independently or with minimal supervision within one or multiple departments and locations, and completing projects related to strategic, financial, and market development activities and initiatives. S/he ensures projects are completed on time and within scope and budget, through definition and management of project goals, scope, timeline, resources, and mitigation of risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle. S/he is responsible for project communication and management of numerous internal and external stakeholders including vendors. S/he regularly provides and disseminates project analysis, assignments, timelines, and progress reports to various levels of leadership, as appropriate.

Required Qualifications:- 3+ years of experience in project management roles
- 1+ years of direct experience managing/leading highly complex projects involving multiple teams OR completion of the current KSC Administrative Fellowship Program
- Experience supporting project assessments, root cause analysis, and deep dives on problem projects to get them back on track
- Experience working on complex projects where deadlines and scope frequently shift; demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to change
- Solid working knowledge of healthcare/clinical operations
- Solid knowledge of project management tools, methodologies, project metrics, and KPIs
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven ability to conduct effective presentations
- Demonstrated excellent facilitation and influence skills, working with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Proven advanced spreadsheet skills, Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs and Managing large datasets
- Proven solid critical thinking skills
- Proven exceptional organizational and planning skills with strong attention to detail
- Proven solid business and technical acumen
- Proven ability to think broadly and strategically, translating long-term goals into short-term tactical plans and operational activities
- Proven ability to support individuals and teams in process excellence, project management, problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, and value creation
- This is an ONSITE ROLE
Preferred Qualifications:- PMP Certification
- 5+ years of experience in project management roles with 3+ years of experience directly managing/leading projects involving multiple teams
- Experience in healthcare data analytics
- Demonstrated track record of delivering projects with significant positive financial impact
- Demonstrated ability to effectively organize large scale cross-functional projects and teams
- Proven to maintain a safe environment, where everyone feels respected, empowered, and free to express their constructive thoughts and feelings
- Proven to fosters an environment of creativity and innovation, focusing on the empowerment and support of staff through tools and continuous process improvement
- Proven ability to influence results without direct authority in a matrixed environment, with both internal and external stakeholders including vendors
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $72,800 - $130,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
