Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurant is seeking an Enterprise Application Systems Manager with deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and Oracle EPM Cloud to drive the design, implementation, support, and ongoing optimization of enterprise applications and as well as enhance and support our existing inventory, HR, and payroll systems. This is a leadership-focused technical role responsible for overseeing Oracle Fusion ERP and EPM solutions, managing integrations across systems, and ensuring operational excellence for financial, inventory and HR processes. The role also includes leading an offshore third-party vendor team of Oracle ERP/EPM consultants and partnering closely with Finance, Accounting, Culinary, HR, and Payroll leadership. How You Will Succeed: Oracle Fusion ERP Leadership • Lead implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle Fusion Financials modules: • Cash Management • Accounts Payable (AP) • Accounts Receivable (AR) • Lease Accounting • Expense Management • Define and enforce functional and technical design standards for ERP configurations. • Provide architectural guidance on ERP solution design and integrations. Oracle EPM Cloud Ownership • Lead design and support of Oracle EPM Cloud applications, including: • Planning & Budgeting • Financial Consolidation & Close • Ensure accurate integration between ERP financials and EPM planning models. • Drive improvements in forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting processes. Inventory & HR Systems • Own and support the CrunchTime inventory management system, including: • Inventory tracking, costing, and usage across restaurant locations • Integration with procurement, finance, and accounting systems • Reconciliation between inventory consumption and financial postings • Operational issue resolution and system optimization for restaurant teams Governance, Risk & Compliance Enablement • Partner with Security team to own and perform SOX, ITGC, and audit requirements across all enterprise platforms on an annual/bi-annual basis. • Ensure enterprise initiatives follow agreed governance, change, and documentation standards while maintaining delivery momentum. Cross-Functional Leadership • Act as primary technical partner to Finance, Accounting, HR, Payroll, and Culinary Operations leadership. • Translate business strategy into scalable system solutions across ERP, EPM, payroll, and inventory platforms. • Drive process improvements across financial planning, accounting close, payroll integration, and inventory control. Vendor & Team Leadership • Lead and manage an offshore third-party vendor team of Oracle ERP/EPM consultants: • Work planning, prioritization, and delivery governance • Solution design review and technical validation • Quality assurance and adherence to architectural standards • Performance management and delivery accountability • Serve as escalation point for complex technical and functional issues. Integration & Platform Management • Own integrations across enterprise systems using REST APIs, FBDI, HDL, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). • Manage integrations between Oracle Fusion, EPM, Paylocity, and CrunchTime. • Oversee quarterly Oracle Fusion updates including impact analysis, testing strategy, and release readiness. • Ensure system security, data integrity, and audit compliance across platforms. • Lead root cause analysis and resolution of cross-system issues. What You'll Bring: • 5+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP. • Strong hands-on and leadership experience with Oracle EPM Cloud. • Proven experience leading implementation of Oracle Fusion Financials modules: • Cash Management, AP, AR, Lease Accounting, Expense Management • Hands-on experience performing SOX, ITGC, and audit requirements across enterprise platforms • Strong experience supporting applications associated with other enterprise processes such as inventory management, HR, payroll etc. • Proven experience leading offshore or third-party ERP/EPM vendor teams. • Strong understanding of financial planning, consolidation, budgeting, and accounting processes. • Deep experience with integrations (REST APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud, FBDI, HDL). • Experience working with Finance, Accounting, HR, Payroll, and Operations leadership teams. • Experience with Paylocity and Crunchtime is a plus. • Experience with SQL and data analysis is a plus. Leadership & Soft Skills: • Strong technical leadership across ERP, EPM, payroll, and inventory systems • Proven ability to manage distributed (onshore/offshore) delivery teams • Strong stakeholder management across executive and operational teams • Ability to drive cross-functional alignment in a fast-paced restaurant environment • High accountability with strong execution and delivery focus • Excellent communication and influencing skills Compensation Range: $125,000 - $150,000 + Bonus Potential. The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity.
