Enterprise Account Manager | Americas

Enterprise Account Manager | Americas The opportunity We're looking for a quota-carrying Enterprise Account Manager to own the commercial side of a book of our largest Americas customers. You'll be accountable for every dollar in your accounts: securing renewals, growing existing products, and bringing new Planhat products into companies that already know and trust us. You'll work as a pair with a Deployment Strategist on each account. They own delivery and the value the customer gets from Planhat. You own the commercial result. Together you keep customers successful and growing, and you make sure that value turns into renewed and expanded revenue for Planhat. This is a role for someone who loves winning, takes full ownership of a number, and wants to help build a repeatable commercial motion as our product portfolio expands. What you'll do • Own your number. Carry and deliver against a quota that covers the full commercial value of your book: gross and net retention, upsell, and cross-sell of new Planhat products. Own every renewal. Lead each renewal from early forecasting through negotiation and signature. Spot risk months ahead, build the commercial case, and close on time with no surprises. • Grow the account. Find and close expansion: more seats, more usage, and new Planhat products. Build your own pipeline and turn customer insight into new commercial conversations. • Partner with your Deployment Strategist. Each account is run as a pair. The Deployment Strategist owns delivery and the value the customer gets from Planhat. You own the commercial relationship and every contract decision. You stay close to their work so you know where value is landing, and you turn that value into renewals and growth. • Sell strategically. Engage senior stakeholders and economic buyers at leading technology and AI companies. Connect Planhat to their commercial priorities and business outcomes. • Own the deal. Run the commercial process on every opportunity, from discovery and business case through pricing, negotiation, and close. You are accountable for the result. • Forecast with discipline. Keep an accurate, account-level view of renewal and expansion revenue. Leadership should always know where your number stands and why. • Build the playbook. Help us develop a repeatable approach to renewals and expansion across our enterprise portfolio. Experiment, learn quickly, and scale what works. • Win together. Work across Deployment, Growth, Sales, and Product to deliver great customer outcomes and sustainable revenue growth. Your experience and mindset We're looking for a competitive account manager who loves winning, takes ownership, and knows that the best results come from working well with others. • You've owned a number. You have a track record of hitting, and ideally exceeding, ambitious targets across renewals and expansion in enterprise accounts. You create opportunities rather than wait for them to arrive. • You protect the base. You know that retention is earned long before the renewal date. You read risk early, act on it, and don't let a contract come down to the last week. • You're competitive. You set high standards, thrive on ambitious goals, and are motivated by delivering exceptional results. • You're a team player. You're collaborative, generous with information, and low on ego. You get things done without sharp elbows and make the people around you better. • You understand the commercial technology landscape. You understand enterprise SaaS, how technology companies operate, and the commercial challenges facing modern, AI-forward businesses. • You're comfortable with ambiguity. You make progress without having all the answers, navigate evolving priorities, and figure things out when there's no established playbook. • You thrive under pressure. You're resilient, resourceful, and willing to put in the work required to deliver. You bring urgency without sacrificing judgment or relationships. • You're commercially curious. You enjoy learning products deeply, uncovering customer needs, and translating new capabilities into compelling business value. Compensation The OTE salary range for this position is $140,000 - $200,000 per year.
