The opportunityDemand is outrunning our team. Marketing and our AI-driven prospecting engine are producing more qualified leads than we can work. We need enterprise closers who can turn a first-site win into an enterprise-wide standard.
Why this is a career-defining seat- A massive, underserved market. Mining, oil and gas, food and beverage, and pulp and paper spend billions on maintenance, and much of it still runs on spreadsheets, clipboards and legacy systems. You'll be selling into a market that's only beginning to modernize.
- Product-market fit you can feel in the deal. Redlist's installed base is expanding rapidly through our speed-to-value motion, including a global gold producer and one of the world's largest energy companies.
- AI that does real work. Redlist AI Agents build FMEA criticality studies, turn them into PM programs, analyze oil and vibration data, and review inspection photos to catch failures before downtime. You're selling what's next, not what's already commoditized.
- A fast-growing startup with unlimited upside. You'll join an early, high-impact sales team with big logos, a big pipeline, and room to build your territory and your career as we scale.
- A winning culture. We compete hard, celebrate wins, and pick each other up. Small team, high standards, a lot of fun.
What success looks likeIn 90 days: You know the platform, our industries and our MEDDPICCR process well enough to run a discovery call cold. You've built a territory plan with named target accounts across our four core verticals. Your pipeline is building at the pace your number requires.
In 12 months: You're at or above quota. You've landed new enterprise logos and turned at least one into a multi-site or multi-product expansion. Your forecast is consistently accurate, and you've built a repeatable play the team uses for your vertical.
What you'll do- Win new enterprise logos. Run full-cycle, complex deals from first conversation to signature with VP Operations, reliability, maintenance, plant leadership and the C-suite.
- Land and expand. Build account plans that turn a first site into a corporate standard across sites, products and business units.
- Own your territory like a business. Prioritize accounts, build your own pipeline alongside marketing and AI-sourced leads, and know your numbers cold.
- Run MEDDPICCR with rigor. Qualify hard, multi-thread buying committees, find the economic buyer, build the champion, and map the paper process early.
- Sell the business case. Lead with insight (uptime, OEE, MTTR, safety and maintenance cost) and teach customers something about their own operation.
- Forecast with accuracy. Keep a clean, current pipeline in HubSpot and call your number with confidence.
- Make the team better. Feed what you hear in the field back to product and marketing, and help shape the playbook as an early member of the team.
What you bringMust-haves- Typically 7+ years in B2B technology sales, including 3+ years closing enterprise deals: multi-site, multi-stakeholder, six-figure, with long cycles.
- A track record of quota attainment you can show with numbers: attainment, deal sizes, named wins.
- Working command of MEDDPICCR (or MEDDIC/MEDDPICC) on real deals, not just in training.
- Proven territory and pipeline management: you build your own pipeline and forecast accurately.
- Sharp analytical skills and a fast learning curve. You can get fluent in a technical buyer's world quickly.
- A builder's pace. Mastery without complacency: you move fast, adapt when the plan changes, and treat AI and new tools as leverage.
- Ownership, resilience and a drive to win. You don't wait to be told what to do.
Nice-to-haves- Selling into mining, oil and gas, food and beverage, pulp and paper, or other asset-intensive industries.
- Experience with CMMS, EAM, APM or reliability software (or competing against Maximo, SAP PM, MaintainX, Fiix).
- Startup or high-growth experience.
- Challenger or Sandler experience.
How we work: Redlist values- We Are Spartan. Nothing is beneath anyone here. If something needs to get done, we do it, together, and we win as one team.
- We Believe. In a growth mindset, and in each other. Every one of us can do more and be better.
- We Make Impact. We innovate to win and keep customers by delivering more value than anyone else in the market.
- We Are Doers. We earn trust by showing up and delivering, rain or shine, early or late, for everyone counting on us.
